PATRICK R. HOLLIS, CPL / OWNER
I started in my trade in 1974 by working for my cousin who had a small shop in the south side of San Antonio, TX.. He let me stay in his back room in exchange for work. After approx. 5 or 6 months there I moved up into a larger shop called ACE LOCK & KEY. It was more active and gave me a lot more knowledge. In 1976 I moved to Freeport to work with a local shop. Stayed here for about 2 years and moved back to Ft. Lauderdale, Fl.. I spent 78 and 79 working for Alexander Tuttle Lock & Key and learned more brands of locks and safes. I tired of the rush traffic in Dec. 1979 and decided to return to Freepost's slow pace.
I arrived back Dec. 30th, 79 and was soon back working as a locksmith. In July of 80 I married my wife and became the proud father of two boys, ages 3 and 7, (now 28 and 33). I was hired by Dow Chemical in April 1981, stayed there for 3 years and missed my locksmithing so bad, that I was doing it at night and on weekends for the local car lots and dedicated customers. It was not long before a friend at a local bank trusted my desire to be self-employed and the bank got me in business in 1984.
We have been growing steadily over the years and strive very hard to give the best, honest and least cost service possible. I have since attained the certification of "CPL" (Certified Professional Locksmith) through the national association called A.L.O.A.. This was done by studying many types of locks and taking many tests to prove our knowledge.

HE IS NOW A LICENSED LOCKSMITH & ALARM INSTALLER!
LICENSED WITH THE DPS & THE STATE OF TEXAS.
Keith is the other road technician, besides myself. He has been working in the Family business for more than 18 years.
Keith started working while in high school and would help out during his summer months. After graduation he went to college for a period and then returned to work full time. He has been very acute in opening vehicles and rekeying locks. I look forward to him being of a great asset as the years go by. Keith has now been working full time and does a lot of after hour jobs and is very pleasant and polite with all he comes in contact with.

Chris is also a Licensed LOCKSMITH & ALARM INSTALLER !
Chris is my Shop Technician. He has completed classes in Motorcycle Key Generation, Automotive Remotes, and general Small Electrical Systems.
Chris is capable of doing all our Ford, Chrysler & GM security keys as well as in the shop rekeying and servicing our customers.
He also helps me in Pre-Wiring homes for alarm systems and does some on his own when I am too busy to do them myself.
